What we send

Search2Close texts a secure link to the net sheet you generated when you request your own copy and opt in. We do not send unrelated marketing or promotional texts. Delivery to another recipient is also available with their agreement.

How you opt in

Text delivery is available only when enabled by Search2Close. Public calculator users can request net-sheet texts without a portal account. Text requests are protected by bot verification and sending limits. We record the consent choices submitted with these forms; a checkbox does not independently verify ownership of a phone number.

• When you create an agent account. On our free agent sign-up form, you can check a box — one that is not pre-checked — agreeing to receive text messages at the number you provide. Checking it is optional; you can create your account without it.
• When you request your own net sheet by text. Select the optional, unchecked text-copy box in the calculator. Your phone number, document, disclosure, timestamp, and submitted preparer details are recorded before we send the message.
• When someone sends a document to another recipient. The sender must obtain the recipient's agreement before requesting delivery and check the consent confirmation. We record the sender's assertion of consent with the document and phone number; it is not independent verification of recipient consent.

The consent language you agree to reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Search2Close (such as document links, closing updates, and customer-service replies) at the number I provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

How to opt out or get help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at +1-727-285-9005 or orders@search2close.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in information is not shared for marketing purposes. A note on security

Search2Close will never send wire or banking instructions by text or email. If you receive instructions that appear to come from us, call our office at +1-727-285-9005 to verify before acting on them.
